with a donation in their name on a special occasion, such as a birthday, graduation, or wedding. When you pay tribute to someone in this way, the League will send a card of acknowledgment to the designated honoree. The card of acknowledgement simply states that a gift was given in honor of his or her special occasion with no monetary amount noted. |

When you give the gift of membership by donating to the League we will send a card to the recipient to acknowledge your gift. The League to Save Lake Tahoe is a privately funded, public nonprofit 501(c)(3), relying solely on the support of its member contributions, grants and events. Dues and contributions to the League are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by the law.
